All Plated Lunch prices are per person and include: Assorted Rolls, Soup or Salad, Entrée, Dessert, Freshly Brewed Regular & Decaffeinated Coffee & Tea. Selection of one soup or salad per entrée. Selection of dessert per entrée. If one more than one entrée is selected, the menu price is based on the highest selection
